By purchasing from The Lazy Head LLC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp-derived products. You agree that The Lazy Head LLC, and associated entities and persons, are not liable for losses or claims arising from your decision to buy, sell, use, or distribute products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids including THCA or HD9/Delta-9 within applicable legal limits.

Adult-Use Notice: Our products are intended for adults 21+ only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. No medical claims are made; products are not evaluated by the FDA.
 

Orders for THCA flower, THCA pre-rolls, THCA vapes, CBD, Delta-8, and hemp accessories are typically processed within same business day or next business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During peak launches (e.g., new THCA strain drops), processing may take longer; we’ll notify you by email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

The Lazy Head ships to U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO where permitted by law and carrier rules.

Any taxes, duties, or fees applied during or after shipping (e.g., state/local taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment. The Lazy Head is not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging and products and file a claim with the carrier. Contact us as well so we can help provide documentation.

Compliance Tip (SEO): Certain THCA hemp products may be restricted by carrier policies or local rules. If a shipment cannot be completed due to jurisdictional restrictions, we may cancel and refund affected items.
 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
   
• Some product categories are non-returnable for health/safety reasons (see “Exceptions” below).
   
• Photo evidence or issue verification may be required to approve refunds/replacements.

Our all sales are final. We replace items only if defective or damaged. For the same item exchange, contact us first to obtain an RMA.

For safety and compliance, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used hemp cartridges (opened consumables)
   
• Edibles (including gummies, beverages)
   
• Gift cards
   
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
   
• Certain health/personal care items
   
• Sale/Clearance items
   

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return after receipt and approval. If the gift order was shipped to the purchaser, refunds go to the original purchaser.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
    
2. Contact your card issuer—posting times can vary.
    
3. Contact your bank—processing may take time.
