All obligations accrued prior to termination (including payment obligations) survive termination.

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Program Description. By opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS/MMS related to THCA flower deals, strain drops, THCA pre-roll bundles, hemp vapes, and cannabinoid promos at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply.

Number Reassignment. If you change or relinquish your mobile number, you agree to complete the opt-out process above prior to discontinuing the number and you will indemnify us for claims arising from failure to do so.

Prohibited Content. You agree not to transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing content; malware; or content violating HIPAA/HITECH or other applicable law.

Dispute Resolution for Messaging. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to the messaging program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. Class arbitration and class actions are not permitted. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator provides otherwise as allowed by statute. If a dispute proceeds in court, the parties waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law. This clause survives termination.

Our THCA and hemp-derived cannabinoid products are intended only for adults 21+. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possession, and use comply with laws in your jurisdiction.
